About Feriha Kazmi

Feriha Kazmi is a force to be reckoned with. She is the Kazmi in the Bedeir-Kazmi group. She has had 20 plus years of working as an educator and growing up in a real estate family that owned both ends of transactions, from a mortgage company to a few real estate brokerages across Chicagoland, in addition to managing many rental properties. Feriha has developed extreme attention to details, understanding of client needs, addressing all concerns, and getting goals accomplished. Feriha is a long-time resident of the western suburbs yet born and had her early years in the Lincoln Park area, giving her a cutting edge of both sides of the market. With over 200 transactions and over $70 million in sales in the last 4 years. Feriha uses her vast experience and connections to focus on helping individuals and families with their real estate needs in the western suburbs of Chicago and Chicago downtown and surrounding areas, including Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Western Springs, Elmhurst, Burr Ridge, Oak Brook, Westmont and Downers Grove in DuPage County and La Grange, Brookfield, and Western Springs in Cook County.
