The bottom line, you need to hire Hisham because he will get the job done! We needed someone that would sell the house quickly as well as help with miscellaneous tasks. After interviewing several people, Hisham was exactly what we were seeking. Hisham not only found a buyer in 10 days, but he took care of many other tasks for us because we live out of state and could not easily travel back.
